I loved the room with a comfortable sofa bed, central heating, and a convenient work desk, the breakfast was delicious, catering to all preferences, and the pool was fantastic.

Requested a standard twin room with great bathrooms, good air conditioning and a terrace, and they were kind enough to provide it 😊.

The hotel is done tastefully, simply and effectively. It is lovely, clean, and the staff are uniformly marvelous. EVerything is designed for ease of use and the comfort of the guest. It is beautiful and right in the old city.

Location: the hotel was very close to many restaurants shops and sightseeing spots in the heart of Palma, shopping restaurants and the center. We were 400 metres away from Just Curry, that offered quick meals...

Criteria for star ratings vary from region to region in Spain. It's not unreasonable to expect tea/coffee making facilities in bedrooms in a 4* hotel anywhere and this hotel has 4 stars but not these courtesy facilities.

Small and friendly, budget boutique, very friendly staff who deliver an outstanding level of personal servce. Small but relaxing pool & terrace area a very welcome addition. Breakfast lovely, great coffee!

The comfort twin room is fantastic and fabulous. It has lovely and great employees. - the location is great and amazing. - Bars and restaurants were near the hotel. - It's 15 km from Palma de Mallorca airport.

Being in the heart of the old town the rooms at the front of the hotel are a little noisy and especially if the room above you has a party in it!
